Effective August 24, 2026. These terms cover psychiatrade.com and everything offered on it.

Who runs this site

Psychiatrade is operated by Theodore Germanos, MD, a physician based in California. You can reach us about anything on this page by replying to your purchase receipt, or through the contact options on the site.

What the site offers

Most of Psychiatrade is free: the trading-psychology screener, the worksheets, and the Learn articles. One thing is paid: The Trading Mind — packet, a 7-part PDF program, sold as a one-time $25 purchase.

Educational content, not medical care

Everything on this site — free and paid — is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the site, the screener, or the packet does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Dr. Germanos. If you are struggling with your mental health, work with a clinician who can actually evaluate you. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988. For gambling-related help, 1-800-GAMBLER.

Nothing here is financial or investment advice either. No part of this site tells you what to trade, predicts markets, or promises trading results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Buying the packet

• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Delivery is immediate. After checkout you get a download link on the confirmation page, and a copy goes to the email address you used at checkout.
• If delivery fails — the link doesn't work, the email never arrives — contact us by replying to your receipt and we will get you the file directly. Delivery problems are ours to fix, and we fix them.
• All sales are final once the packet has been delivered. It is a digital file that cannot be returned.

Your license to the packet

Your purchase buys you a personal-use license: read it, print it, mark it up, keep it forever. It does not buy the right to re-sell, redistribute, or post the file publicly. The content remains the intellectual property of Psychiatrade.

Using the free tools

The screener and worksheets are provided as-is, for self-reflection. Screener responses are used to generate your results in the moment; the tools are not a clinical record.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychiatrade and Dr. Germanos are not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or consequences of decisions you make after reading or using anything on this site. Total liability for anything arising from a purchase is capped at the amount you paid.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date above will change when they are. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
